This website represents Lina’s Spotless Cleaning Service in Loughborough. For questions about information you share with the business, contact Lina on 07491 331252 or through the Facebook page.

The enquiry form

The enquiry helper prepares a WhatsApp message using the postcode, property details, cleaning frequency and any notes you enter. The website does not save these entries in a website enquiry database. When you select “Continue to WhatsApp”, the details are included in a link passed to WhatsApp, where you can review the message before sending it.

Only include information needed for your cleaning enquiry. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in the form.

Third-party services

WhatsApp and Facebook are separate services operated by Meta. When you open their links or use them to contact Lina, their own privacy notices and settings apply. The website uses links rather than embedded Facebook feeds or tracking widgets.

Hosting and essential website functions

The website is hosted with Guru. Hosting services may process technical information, such as your IP address, requested pages and access times, in server logs for website delivery and security. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator login and other necessary functions.

Analytics and advertising

This website has not been configured with advertising pixels or visitor analytics trackers. If these are added in future, the privacy information and consent controls should be updated as needed.

Enquiries made through messaging services

Details you choose to send to Lina are used to discuss your cleaning request and any arrangements you agree. Ask Lina directly if you want to discuss access to, correction of or deletion of information held about your enquiry.
